OK. I think this is a 55mm F2.8 Rikenon. The auto aperture scale one direction and the manual the other direction seems to be the dead giveaway.
Mentioned in the Ricoh Singlex TLS manual.
I was hoping it might be a macro, but it appears it isn't. _________________ DSLR: Pentax K-3 II, D-BG5 grip, SLR: Pentax SP500, Pentax SP, Pentax SP II, Pentax Spotmatic F, MX, ME-Super, Super Program, pZ-1

Thanks, Kathmandu.
It appears to have been sold under a number of labels:
Porst Color Reflex Auto 55mm f2.8
Super Carenar 55mm f2.8, the Vivitar and the Rikenon (as well as the Cosinon). _________________ DSLR: Pentax K-3 II, D-BG5 grip, SLR: Pentax SP500, Pentax SP, Pentax SP II, Pentax Spotmatic F, MX, ME-Super, Super Program, pZ-1

OK, I am raising the dead rather than start a new thread on this lens.
These 55mm f/2.8 lenses were in fact made by Cosina. Mine is a Vivitar and the serial number is 95500651, the leading 9 indicates that Cosina made it. Mine is a 1975ish version and it originally came with a 70's series Vivitar SLR (220/SL, 250/SL)). The optical construction of the lens is pictured in the 1975 owner's manual for the Vivitar 220/SL:
As I am not very knowledgeable on optical design, I will ask here. Is this a Tessar design?
Thanks! |

Just like Kathmandu mentioned ten years ago.
It is a 4/3 design so it could be a Tessar https://lens-db.com/ricoh-auto-rikenon-55mm-f28/
