I don't now... But it has an aperture, which is not typical for projection lenses

I just searched for ETA Praha.

https://www.etasince1943.com/contact-us/

Probably part of a product made and distributed by ETA with a third party lens rebranded.
EDit3: Not quite, the ETA company was established in 1943 and probably merged after WWII with other companies to what we know as Meopta, communists period. However the ETA brand names were continued for some time. I hit on something else; the Spektarreta, a 3 prism splitter color camera for monochrome film developed in 1939 by another CZ company that merged into Meopta. Ives style of beam splitter cameras that could use a fast lens. On this web page described with a 70mm 2.9 but possibly tried with other lenses in prototypes. Limited production around 1950.
http://camera-wiki.org/wiki/Spektaretta and http://www.fotoburzapraha.cz/ofotografii/muzeum_spektareta.html

A bit too fast for an enlarger lens I guess. Though Friedrich München had a 75mm 1.9 6 elements design. I guess Etastigmat sounds a bit inferiour to 'S' Coronar.

EDit: a Meopta camera relabeled by ETA, https://www.ebay.com/itm/274444175517

EDit2: the owner of this web page must be quite informed on ETA cameras: https://www.ceskefotoaparaty-flexaret.cz/2020/02/28/etareta/

Yes, you right. Probably that lens for enlarger

I remember reading that some of the lenses of the Flexaret were the sharpest of any TLR.

In the category of Triplet and Tessar TLRs then. I am not aware of a Meopta TLR double gauss lens version like the Planar or Xenotar made by Rollei. Or some Mamiya TLRs, maybe a Gowland with double gauss design lenses

Yeah, you are probably right. In the Tessar category.

Now i have this lens. First imression - intresting. Maybe low contrast, but i love this type lens.
I don't know about optical formula. But 75/1.8 suggested this no tessar and no triplet

Adaptation is good, helicoid and diaphragm works propertly

Nice images, good transition to the backgrounds.

Odd aperture scale or is that the aperture 'ring' as well? Any idea about the coverage, I do not see light fall off on the FF images, cropped images? You can reach infinity with it? Aperture in between lens groups or at the rear?

On the origins; Meopta made a lot of military equipment too, during WWII and afterwards. Still does. But the labeling related to ETA is confusing then, that was more a label for distribution to consumers as I understand it.

Honestly doubt that, a f1.8 lens for an enlarger makes not much sense (despite some existing) - wasted efforts based on the needed correction which is difficut to achieve.

Congrats, very nice results you got Serkol!!

Yes, you right, aperture 'ring' is strange. Aperture in between lens groups.
This pictures made with Sigma fp - fullframe mirorless camera, without crop.
Yes, I can reach infinity with it.

I still don't know about sources this lens
