No lens set is perfect without at least one Soligor. _________________ MF: Kodak DCS SLR/c; Samsung NX10; OM-10; Canon T50

There's a lot of lenses with this kind of design. IIRC there's even Takumar that looks similar (although probably different design inside).
I actually almost bought Hanimex just like yours the other day- before I managed to think it through the auction was gone. Bought this Soligor instead - no regrets. It is now my favourite lens. |

Soligors are like a box of chocolates. If I stumble upon a 105/2.8, I will definitely buy it. The sample images I've seen look very good. However, I took a 25mm f/2.8 out last week. The worst performing lens I've ever had on my camera. Build quality was excellent though. |

That should make it for a new thread , as my preset 28mm it does about the same , even though it's like a little tank |

My Vivitar 135 f/2.8 appears similar to your Primax, but I don't know the maker.

If you've already searched, alex_d, you may have seen these pages by now. But when they were written a few years ago, the maker of this Vivitar was said to be unknown.
