Hi folks
Long time I have not been here Sad
But I had some jobs to do.

Anyway, one of those was aperture for UNAR PORTRAIT.
I did the same with my Tessar 400/4,5

Now it was not my lens so I had to be really carefull.

I made drawings of the blade:


And turned 46 as small as hamster's tail pins:

Wow! How much time did it take you to complete all the phases of production?

The longest was the waterjet - many orders before mine (2 weeks of waiting)
Blackening - one day
Pins and riveting - 8hours
Putting all ttogether - few hours - needed to find correct positions. Then I found the marks inside the barrel. And it was done,
