Hi
I recently bought a Super Takumar 55mm 1,8, I have a doubt because the diagraph ring is not smooth, sometimes I have problems to move it.
Some days ago I went out to take photos, the temperature was of -10C and it stop moving.
Is that normal with this kind of lenses? |
I have no experience using lens at -10C(!) Possibly somebody re-lubed lens. However, if diaphragm ring (or focus ring) is not smooth in warmer temperature, lower temperature would worsen smoothness, yes? Perhaps lens has been dropped deforming the ring... _________________ ☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮ like attracts like! ☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮
