Minolta MC 85/1.7 in need of TLC

Posted today on a popular auction site is listed a Minolta MC 85/1.7. Bidding ends in just under a fortnight. The seller kindly informs that although cosmetically in good shape (8.5/10) the front and back lens show signs of fungus and that the aperture is stuck on 1.7. Focusing is however nice and smooth.
Is this something which can be sorted if one is adventurous or best left to the knowledgeable enthusiasts? Starting bid is 700 SEK roughly $85 US.
