Having their metal Telexon 3.8/135mm in front of me, there are striking similarities with Enna version. Same company or cooperation?

NOT same company, possibly a cooperation or Staeble produced for them (as they did for AGFA and NOVOFLEX).
Staeble was later bought by AGFA.
