The only way this lens was designed to covera full frame sensor when shifted was via the Laowa Magic Shift Adapter, on which it acts as a 17mm.
It would be very useful to have a 12mm lens functional as a shift lens.
My 12mm is in Nikon F mount. I also have a Kipon Nikon F to Sony E shift adapter.
This was not a test of the 12mm on the A7r3, just a quick look at vignetting. I used f8.
The first image shows the effect of the full 10mm upwards shift.
The second image is at 5mm shift. A little more would be better.
There is some vignetting at the top of the image (the edge of the image circle). The dark area in the bottom left is the shadow from a bush.
The third image shows how a little cropping and editing gets a usable image.
