Didn't know Leitz made movie camera lenses, look forward to your samples.
The Hektors I know are the 90 and 135mm ones and some projection lenses around the 100mm length, does this lens has a similar optical formula? _________________ I don't care who designed it, who made it or what country it comes from - I just enjoy using it! |

I just found Prof. Max Bereks patent he got on the Hektor and it shows the following two designs, one for a f2.0 and one for a f1.3 lens. so I guess it is the 2nd one.

Only because it seems to be rather rare, but I have seen some selling for less. Mine was for sure otherwise I wouldn't have bought it!
Tevidons are great lenses, O I'm pretty sure you'll be pleased with it! _________________ Klaus - Admin

Leitz had prepared for a 16mm camera in the early 1930s. The crisis made them halt the project, even remove all traces. But the lenses are here, evidence of the fact. There were the Hektor Rapid and two Dygon triplets, f/3.5 and f/2.8, and a Summar f/1.5. _________________ https://www.film-mechanik.ch/ |
