Hi!

For Minolta lenses this list exists: http://minolta.eazypix.de/lenses/index.html
Is there similar lists available for other brands like Leica, Zeiss, Canon, Nikon, Pentax and all the M42 lenses?

Thanks and best regards from Sweden!

For Pentax, the most information I know of is at pentaxforums.com.
https://www.pentaxforums.com/lensreviews/

They have a thorough database of Pentax lenses with user reviews. There's also a significant third party lens database there which also has user reviews.

Many years ago I published a list of the Fujinon lenses as used on the Fujica 35mm film cameras. The original web-site is long gone, but a copy can still be found on the Internet Archive https://web.archive.org/web/20050204002441fw_/http://www.toptown.com/nowhere/kypfer/fujica.htm

This website is well-known, it has a decent database of most lens brands:
http://allphotolenses.com/news/item/c_3.html

The m42 lens database:
http://m42lens.com/

This site has a huge depth of information on Nikon, Canon, Minolta, though each listing leads to a detailed info page:
https://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/

For Komura LTM lenses, although probably incomplete due to the number of brands using these with various names: https://www.johanniels.com/en/rangefinders/29-komura-rangefinder-lenses-overview

There is of course Dyxum and Hohner for Minolta/Sony Alpha lenses. Although they are not totally manual I feel it is worth adding a complete list:
https://www.dyxum.com/lenses/index.asp
https://www.mhohner.de/sony-minolta/lenses.php?ov=1

For Sigma (a lot or nearly all the initial AF lenses were made in manual versions first, but also AF lenses usually have a manual clutch or focus ring) there is the Sigma Museum:
https://www.sigma-imaging-uk.com/lounge-category/sigma-museum/
They provide 1993 and 1995 catalogue scans too.

For Tamron:
http://www.adaptall-2.com/

I think this is as close to a list as there is for Cosina Voigtlander lenses:
https://cameraquest.com/voigtlen.htm
This chart here is outdated and doesn't include their E-mount, Ai-S lenses etc.:
https://cameraquest.com/voigtlenchart.htm
Also outdated is the Wikipedia page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosina_Voigtl%C3%A4nder#Lenses
This is the current (I think) 2019 catalogue:
http://www.cosina.co.jp/seihin/voigtlander/v-catalog.pdf

Some lists for Leica M/R, Canon Eos, Contax, Nikon AF, Soligor, Tamron Adaptall and Vivitar:

This site is a great source of info on lenses and their development with many schematics, one example of what the OP asked, Rollei:

http://www.klassik-cameras.de/Rollei_QBM_dt.html

http://www.klassik-cameras.de/Rolleiflex350.html#Xenon

and than you have many pages for cameras with lists of the lenses for example, want to add a few lenses to the Ultron 50/1.8:

http://www.klassik-cameras.de/Icarex.html

Ultron?:
