I tested this lens back in December on a dark and moody day. It's a good triplet.

So far I like Rodenstock better than Schneider 50mm's. The Rodagon 50mm 2.8 and Rogonar 50mm f/2.8 have better edge sharpness and bokeh due to fully open aperture blades compared to Componon-S 50mm 2.8 and Componar 50mm 2.8.
