Hi,
does this lens cover a modern full-frame sensor?
Do you have suggestions on how to adapt it on a Nikon Z?

Thanks.

Does not really cover FF, see image (alpha7 MKII). But not too terrible either. I just took a quick freelensing pic of my closet door @ 1.4 at MFD, so ignore WB Very Happy Could be usable.
I adapted mine for MFT via a modified M42 adapter. The Biotar 1.4/25 mm works really nice on MFT (and mine is well used), even though there is some strong vignetting. But sharpness is really good.
The 1.4/50 mm was not really great on MFT. Too soft for my taste... Never really tried it on FF, might reconsider now. Very Happy

Thanks a lot for your test and reply.
I am interested in this lens mostly for its bokeh. As for the sharpness WO I expect it to be like the Biotar 75mm, acceptably sharp in the middle of the frame, terribly soft everywhere else.

Thanks.

Some wide open shots on the OM-D EM-1, jpg OOC. As you can see, this copy (which has clean glass), is not overly contrasty and shows substantial glow and CA. The 1.4/25 mm looks so much better (if you go to the thread in Cine lenses), but also not quite covers MFT.
