Can someone tell me which mount this is?

It might be easier if you could supply a couple more pictures of the mount, one from directly behind and an oblique view. Even a make/model of lens may help. I get the impression it's a breech-lock of some kind, but can't really tell from the one photo.

It's obviously a very coarse thread of some sort. There's a bit of writing showing on the far right side. What does it say?

I've never seen this sort of thread on a camera mount before. Maybe some sort of projection lens?

I guess the writing in rear is' West Germany...
the aperture indicator above, remind me of Sonnar 85/2 Contax RF version

Yeah, this needs more visual and description information before someone can say anything
about what it definitively is.

I am wondering if there is a part of the lens missing.
Perhaps a rear portion screws onto the lens and it contains the mount

Does Kilfitt has its own mount?

That's exactly my suspicion as well.

I have a pre-war Schneider Tele Xenar 36cm 1:5.6 with the same "mount":

EDIT: I just got a beautiful new Tair-33 which has the same mount! Obviously it's the "Kiev-88 screw mount" which can be converted to the classical Pentacon Six Breeck lock mount:

Some Kiev-88 lenses with the same mount:

After a bit of search i came to the conclusion that this must be the first Hasselblad mount for the 1600 and 1000 series:

It later was adapted for the early Kiev-88 (Hasselblad copy).

Adapters are available, e. g. by Fotodiox. Be aware that there is a Keiv-88 baynet mount, too !!
