WoW !! A FAN !! OK then -- my lovely Canon 9000F Mk II flatbed was a 'Gift' from a subscriber on YouTube when he read I was now 'Scanner-less' due to my old Epsons breaking down -- he sent me a 'Spare One' -- it was a 'Company Scanner' not used. I use it with Vuescan Pro + FastStone Image Viewer OR PhotoShop 7 and set scan resolution to 2400 and for B&W 16 bit and Colour 48 Bit . I 'sharpen' with Unsharp Mask gently before any 'Radius Lines' appear.
