This lens looks cool with stock attached. I made electronic switch for half- and full press to use it on stock. Fun to use.

i did almost exactly the same. my microswitch is smaller and fitted at the opposite end to the trigger. also modded the stock so it will go on tripod without having to remove the lens. handy,

Tried Lens Turbo II, works nice, but long hood is now visible in corners(

What raven is this?

It looks similar to our young Magpie, but as if someone has hit the invert colour switch at the gene pool level Smile

Also, did well to keep the flare of that front element, you with a home made hood or just patient composition?

It's the same family (Corvidae) as your magpie. It's a hooded crow I think. As is the one in linebrell's shot above.
