Now we know these are in fact old preset Tokinas. One more actual maker is identified.

Ah, nice to see that I am of some use.
This is the complete writing of the lens "Tele-Tokina 1:45 f=200mm No 50757 Tokyo Koki"
So, back to the original question then, is it of any use? Should I get it? I don't care about rarity etc. Just quality  .
