Nothing much, it's just a raw conversion made with RawTherapee with most sliders at 0. The look comes from RawTherapee's wavelet tool (contrast, shadow compression and chromaticity on the residual image set for this smooth desaturated effect) and the light (on camera flash turned up and back into the room with a wall close on the right and open on the left). Lens by the way was Minolta MD Rokkor 50mm/1.4 closed down to f/4 and shot on Sony NEX-6.

Very strange. Never realized something similar. RawTherapee works and worked for all of my RAW formats from different cameras from Sony, Ricoh, Pentax and Panasonic on different PC's with Windows (64) 7/8/8.1 and 10. However, I am rather using LR and PS on a regular basis because I'm more used to the workflows of these programs. Nevertheless I have a working version of RT installed in parallel. 
BTW, fantastic portrait. I like it very much. Maybe I should play around with RT a little bit more as well....
