I see another post where someone else posted before and after photos.. with the front of his aperture blades de-greased.. but.. his front group is visible in both photos. Did he simply clean the front and rear.. from the rear? (soaking in degreaser?)
It seems to do a proper cleaning the entire aperture assembly should be removed.. and that is where I am stuck. Removal of the aperture assembly has to be done from the front! |

This lens is like 20% thread locker by weight. So acetone, lots of acetone and a strap wrench. Eventually the threads will budge. |
