thanks although many of these have deep recessed elements which makes it difficult to put an adapter on it. |

Without knowing the mechanical requirements or fitting it's difficult to guess, but the Industar-50 fulfils the basic requirement, as does the Meyer-Optik Görlitz 50mm f/2.9 Meritar or Domiplan, or, indeed, the Schneider-Kreuznach 35mm f/2.8 Curtagon, 50mm f/2.8 Xenar and 85mm f/4 Tele-Arton, as used on the Retina cameras. |

My Robot 45/2.8 Xenar fits the bill for having both a small front element and no too much recess. The Minolta M-Rokkor 28/2.8 has no recess but at 27mm diameter it is just larger than your specs. The Schneider Xenoplan 28/2.0 has a very small front element (20mm) but it is fairly recessed.. |
