I see there are different lenses of this brand and I want to know if all are as good as the photosniper lens. Will a lens like this be just as good?

Taир-3С is a "true" photosniper lens, because it has a special device for closing the diaphragm from the trigger.

I would not recommand the use of the Tair-33 on full frame or APS-C.
Tair-33 is known to be less good than Tair-3. They added an element to increase the coverage of the image circle, but it lost some resolution. I guess the Tair-33 is only for the use on medium format camera, since Tair-3 cannot cover 6x6.
