Lovely landscape, nice colors.
Komuras help with romantic color rendition.

serkol: Is this the older preset or auto-aperture version? If I'm not mistaken, it appears you are using the shadow tool in Photoshop or some other equivalent process. Some of your photos seem to suffer from too much lightening - the close-ups mostly. It's a good tool, but if not used carefully will reduce color saturation and contrast.

woodrim, probably this older preset version with chrome aperture ring.
Yes, I use some PP in PS, and my work (including quantity of light) depends on mood which I wish to show Smile
Thanks for the help!

Looks like a stork to me. This reminds me there is still a Komura in customs on it's way here....

I love Komuras generally for their softer rendering and gentle colours.
My 2.5/35 isn't the sharpest, but it renders in a painterly way
Here are a couple of examples

Fish rising in front of the lens in your "Old Files" set is a nice capture.
That is something I have to try this summer...

Thank you guys for your kind words.
Tom, great shots! You're right, Komura doesn't paint too sharply, but gently, like a aquarelle.
Some more forgotten files Smile)

I think it's a little different. Lydith's drawing is more 'Meyer-ish' or something... Komura is more aquarelle, maybe a little softer and gentler. It's hard to find the words Smile
