Hello.
I've got a Meyer-Optik Gorlitz Trioplan 2.9/50 that I've cleaned and adapted to micro 4/3 camera and I'm curious to know the year of manufacturing.
I know that these lenses started to be produced in the year of 1957 until the sixties, but I didn't find any reference to serial numbers related to year of production.
Does anyone know if there is any away to know the year of manufacturing of these lenses? _________________ Jaime Silva

The production period of the 50/2.9 Trioplan was 1952 to 1960.
Your serial number points to the year 1956 according http://www.dresdner-kameras.de/
