From a Bencini Comet 8 camera for Double-Eight film I have removed the lens.
It consists of four elements, not cemented. We have a biconvex first element in contact with a plano-concave one, a spacer ring, another plano-concave element in contact with another biconvex one. The two flat surfaces are innermost. +--+


This is a dialytic system like the Goerz Celor but coated. I have to see yet how it performs. The camera is disassembled, it needs an overhaul. Funny mechanical design!
