I just received a Tele Rokkor 2.8/200 but I had to send it out for cleaning before I could use it. There is light fungus along the rim of the front element. The seller was honest and identified the fungus as well as pricing the lens around $200 less than I have seen elsewhere.

So, I decided to take out its little brother, the Tele Rokkor 2.8/135, to practice with until I get the 200mm back.

These two fawns have been traveling together all season. The younger one is just now losing its spotted coat. I have never seen these two traveling with a Doe or any group of adult deer, just these two together. The staff of the nature preserve have named them the 'Twins'.

Two shots of a mature Great Blue Heron.

I have read that the 200mm is even better than the 135mm. I'll find out when I get it back. If true this may just be my best lens purchase of 2017.

Very nice, it's a great lens. If the 200 is as good you'll enjoy it.

Thanks. I am hoping that the 200mm turns out to be at least as good, if not better.
