Yes, but the normal adaptors do not fit. Like this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/EXAKTA-Lens-to-Canon-EOS-Adapter-7D-60D-5D-II-600D-550D-1100D-1000D-Rebel-T3i-/221116802410?pt=US_Lens_Adapters_Mounts_Tubes&hash=item337b96a56a

Becouse of the Pins on the mount, Makes it imposseble to fit in.

I also had an exakta lens once with mounting on the outside of the bayonet instead of inside that wouldn't mount on my adapter. Confused

Nice lens by the way! Very Happy

I could use Exakta adapter with Topcor 5.8cm f1.4 lens , but I couldn't mount Exakta lens with bulb on Topcor body.

This black adapter for Topcon lens was sold on eBay for a while buy they are no longer available now. I have heard positive and negative feedback on those adapters. My experience is they may not allow you focus to infinity on a Canon camera. The lens mounting is just OK for a cheap adapter. If you do not plan to use the lens to Topcon camera, you may open the lens and trim the pin.

There are M42 mount swaps available for RE lenses on eBay.

This would be a good example of a TTP subject if photos and proof were provided that trimming the pin will solve the problem.

I also got an exakta adapter but does not work with my Topcon auto RE lens.

Pls assist in explaining how we can convert these to M42?

I assume this limitation is specific to Canon EF adapter? My two cheapo m43 adapters can handle all exakta-mount lenses I have, topcor included.

So, as we speak, there is no Topcor to Canon adapter available on ebay? I really want to use my lens...

Either make one slotted adapter yourself or show the existing adapter or trim the pin as shown in the following photo.

I have used this for my RE Auto Topcor 58/1.8 and it works perfectly. Also, the original Topcor backmount of the lens protrudes quite far into the camera body and causing mirror issues on FF camera, but the M42 mount is shorter and works perfectly on my Canon 6D!

The adapter is not cheap but (at least the RE Auto) Topcor lenses are worth it in my opinion.

I know this is an old thread, but am thinking of getting myself a Fuji XT20. Would the topcor lens adopt to x system? I know m42 does.

Yes, it will adapt to X mount quite easily.
Just look for Exakta to Fuji X

Topcor RE and exakta are nearly the same mount. Adapter for exakta mount lenses will (mostly) work for topcor RE. Some Topcor lenses do have little screws in the base that must be removed to work with some exakta adapters. Fuji, being mirrorless, should not be a problem to adapt.
see here
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Exakta-EXA-Lens-to-Fujifilm-Fuji-FX-X-mount-X-Pro1-X-E1-X-M1-X-A1-adapter-CAP-/322245456497?hash=item4b07537271:g:DSUAAOSwFe5XxWdN

Topcor and exakta mount s are physically the same but linkages for lens control (aperture primarily) are different. So a Topcor lens on an exakta camera might not work. But as far as mirrorless cameras go it should work. ( I don't have any Fuji mirrorless stuff so I am not speaking from personal experience)

As others said the Topcor RE and Exakta mounts are almost the same. So basically, you should search for an Exakta adapter. The only thing you have to check your chosen adapter is ability to accommodate all Topcon's custom aperture coupling pins.

These pins can be clearly visible here: https://goo.gl/t5t5lx
