Difference between short and long Cinelux lenses?

I see that the price for the longer lenses is much more than the shorter even if they have the same mm and f/nr. Are there much differences in sharpnes and bokeh for the expencive ones? And are there any differenses between wide, normal and tele lenses regarding that issue?

Not sure what you mean, same focal legth but different barrel length?? Could you possible mix them up with the ones which have an anamorphic front lens attached to it??

I have several (bought when they were affordable) around 100mm focal length and those are are very similar in size.

short one is to attach an anamorphic adapter to it.
Long one has deep hood, just appears longer.
