Hi guys.

Im live in Korea.

Yesterday I found Planar 50mm 1.4 MMJ(min aperture sign is green) at camera shop.

Green sign is MM, right?

But I checked aperture blade oil. That shape is AE.

Is this possible? There is something wrong about lens? such as modify etc...

And that lens serial is 60*****. I havent see that serial MMJ before.

Someone painted minimal aperture on the ring.

Um... It looks like original.
I'll check again.

It really does not take much skill to repaint the engraved number and make it look authentic.

Have a look at the mount as well (and compare it with known images): AE is all black, on MM the bayonet parts should be silver/chrome.

My AEG 85/1.4 has a silver bayonet plate.
