Incredibly high optical resolution projection lens with 100/80 lines center/edge, Helios 40 for example has 32/16.

Great pictures! Projector and photo lenses lpm is not same measurement, I don't remember exactly what is conversion number a projector lens 80 lpm is approx 50 lpm perhaps if you use it as photographic lens. BTW I have dozen projector lenses and I amazed as well Wink I really love they flat field bokeh, at same aperture they create more narrow dept of field than photographic lenses, this can be magical if anything in background what you can't remove it, they simple blur out disturbing objects more than photographic lenses.

Is this a cine lens (with built in aperture) or a projection lens??

OK, then please don't call it cine lens if it is a projection lens, it just confuses our readers Wink
"Cine lens" is the term used for taking lenses for cinema films with built in aperture.

I have two of those projection lenses, pretty good indeed.

Very nice photos! And naturely great lens.
I have projector lens J-32 90/2 and cine lens j-25 100/2, both are very good!
