These are easy lenses to get into to clean fungus off the main optics. You can either go in through the front or (my preference) separate the lens at the helicoid. The correctional optical assembly is more problematical however. PM me if you need more info...

Indeed, i read that somewhere. If i need any assistance i will contact you, thank you!!

Very fairly priced lot because of the condition in which the Helios was, I couldn t resist to an older red "P" double "00". The cheap Industar looks nice too, i did a small search, seems that this version, without the external lever and slim focusing ring, is less common? After my usual CLA they are now like this:

I just bought a deeply unexciting late model Pentax SMC-M 28/2.8 for an average price! But it's exactly what I wanted.

A lens I find myself reaching for on a regular basis. I know what you mean.

Vivitar Ser. 1 80-210 f3,5 on flea market last Sunday for $25 plus manual Minolta on it.
The same day and place - A. Pentax 135 f3,5 for $5.
Both in great condition.

VERY nice Tomas, what do you use to get this shiny finish?

After long, long time (i remember a sale that fell through, five years ago, in The Netherlands...), i finally acquired one of my most desired lenses:
Tamron SP "Anniversary" f/2,5 180mm

The vendor says that there are very minor scratches on the front glass, not affecting mage quality. From the picture i couldn't see any, but unless it's badly scratched, it's not easy to evidence cleaning marks.
Considering i paid 250 euros, and that the PK/A Adaptall-2 ring is worth a 50 note by itself... if the scratches are not so bad, i think it wasn't a bad price.
Proof, as always, will be in the pudding, pardon, the lens Smile

cheers

Paolo

Carl Zeiss Jena P-Sonnar 20/1.3 - because ii is so pretty
Leitz Summar 50/2.0 - 1936 - it's rather cool feeling to have pre-war artefact which works quite OK with current technology
Leitz Hektor 135/4.5 in M-mount from 1960 - extremely happy with results
Canon Serenar 35/3.2 in LTM mount
Carl Zeiss Jena Dokumar 38/5.6 - hope to see it's resolution

There is no mount on my copy. It may be some kind of projection lens with build-in iris.
