Note: Goodman cautions regarding attempting replacement of mirror dampers, in instances where camera body dis-assembly might be required, to avoid possible damage.

Jon used to sell replacement foam kits. I used one to fix light seals & mirror bumpers of several Spotmatics. The foam must be very high quality -- it remains good after 5 years!

He continues to sell such kits, though no longer the "universal" kit. But he no longer sells on eBay.
