Awww - lovely little cat ! Which 35/2.8 do you have? Back in the 1960s, I sold my black-and-chrome one to help pay for a contemporary 35mm Summicron and was shattered to find the Summicron was no better at equal aperures.

It's the original Serenar all chrome version. Tiny but surprisingly heavy for its size.

I have it too, very nice lens for sure. The brass build gain the weight of that beauty and the IQ is good with decent corners wide open even on Sony FF.

No color shift on my A7r, it's a surprisingly good lens, sadly I can't say the same about my silver 28/2.8 on my A7r.
