At least they don't fly away on the wrong moment?
The results are less dreamy then your butterflies but giving a perfect mood.

A nice to look at couple, hope they will iron wedding anniversary for minimum!
That bokeh of this lens is a Thing on it's own, fits here o.k.
Question: is pic no. 4 mirror-inverted?

The only I can see in the images is the bokeh.
Nice ones.

this is a fabulous lens. the DOF wide open is what it is,which is paper thin. there is no need to struggle with it. if you want the people in your photos to be in focus, just stop down a little. you will still get beautiful results with beautiful and plentiful OOF, i promise!

Yeah plenty of room for playing and improvemens to the future with this lens

Have very nice copy, "fat" post-war EXA but very well preserved, and mechanically excellent +great optics, could be very worthy once

Rare as black Domiron? Very Happy

Anyway, just a funny shot, see what Biotar did with the mirrors

It was definitely a cool ride to sit in, but the owner is a real asshole (not the one captured behind the wheel, that is my uncle who is a great guy Very Happy )

That's the way world turns, a lens like this one with a tag price of 1.5 k USD worth every single dime IMHO, and you come across some Noctilux in miserable shape and sellers asking 4.5k USD for that, go figure,

BTW, really nice set, can't ask any better,

Cheers,

Renato

Yeah, unique venues can be the perfect surroundings for a fall wedding or a party. Best party space nyc provide a great opportunity to look ahead of the usual occasion spaces.

Nice shots, lovely couple(s), but the BG distracts, just a bit "too much" in my opinion for such an important occasion - sorry.

#1 kind of OK, but #3/4 waaay too much, as the intense BG takes over the role of the foreground.

Was that test shots for you to show the lens bokeh or was it rather intended to be a documentary for the couple? Wink

Cute car indeed, nice shot of it!!

If it's only the EXA and not an Exakta I don't believe that it will ever reach a "worthy" status as they are actually really basic cameras and have only been produced for the domestic market.
Have checked around a little bit as I bought an EXA II last Sunday on the flea market for very little money, though the lenses are probably another story.

FYI apprx. 1 Million EXA I and 300.000 EXA II have been built in total.
