Such a beautiful pre-spring afternoon here today.
After I had finished pruning the cottoneasters, I grabbed my trusty K-10D and started snapping.
It happened to have the SMC Pentax -M 1.7/50 attached and I blazed away.
I did forget to check the ISO and it was set to 400 - not the best for the old K-10D but good enough.
Here are some of the images from the fun. Some wide open and some not.

Nice results! I have A version and those lenses are little wonders for the price you can get them. Lightweight and they have great colors, sharpness and pretty good coatings.

I don't want to post photos directly because it's thread about the M version. But if you wanna check here is the link for my album containing shots with A version I mentioned.

Btw I'm shooting on K10D too.

Nice pictures - the 50mm F1.7 and f2 are both under-rated. As is the good old K10D.
