Hi,

Here are some photo made with this strange lens made by KMZ in 1989 only. It has electronical internal leaf shutter (next to diaphragm).
Lens design is not Biotar type, it's "R-Helios", 8/5.

Wide open it glows like hell. At f4, it's already OK.

Those are some interesting shots. The last picture of the band is lovely. I love different lenses and that certainly has a unique look.

I agree, it's not a great lens regarding to IQ, but interesting to use. It also have an unique look on A7 Smile .

But you still describe it as a switch, which implies it can also be turned off. Smile
