Wonderful pictures!
Do you find the Great Busterd in nature near your home?
I think it must be impressive when such large and heavy birds fly off!?

Pentax 67 is a medium format camera - you know those boxy ones with wooden handles?

I have a picture of my 67 in the DIY section where I had fabbed a right hand grip... not with 300mm lens which I have yet to purchase. The 300 is not highly regarded by the reviews I have seen but those photos are stellar. The 300 has duly been added to my buy list, the a7ii has been there for a while!

The Bustard was shot in the Zoo, the bird is captive, they became almost extinct in the wild unfortunately Sad Thanks.

I have read those "cautious" reviews on Pentax Forums about this lens, but it didn't stop me from buying it. Actually bad reviews are very helpful in the sense they help to drop down the lens prices Smile
The lens is awesome for its money. Of course you get awful CA as with most non ED long glass, but otherwise it's wonderful !

Thank you.
