Has anybody else similar experiences in adapting such stuff?

No experience yet. But that will come.
Your adventeres made me think about the lens of the Yashica Rapid Half 1.7.
That Yashinon 32mm 1.7 has aperture settings. It should cover APS-C.
Using the camera isn't impossible, but not very easy because of the hassle with the cassettes.
The camera appears frequently enough for sale for little money.
Might be the lens is an attractive candidate for some DIY adapttion

A very interesting project, thank you for sharing! Did you have an important progress since? £D printing promises such a versatility that I may imagine you adapted something really unusual, and did it with a big success.

I am kinda interested to know how the printed adapters have been holding up.
