Not much to go off with the close ups. Perhaps a wider view showing the whole thing. The good news though is that it is a t-mount. The silver bit will unscrew and a t-mount of anything you want will attach from C-mount to Nikon and. Dont loosen the grub screws just turn the whole thing.

PP isnt one I know.

I was thinking it sort of looks like Exakta, but that pin is unusual, I'm stumped atm.
