A photographer from Canada who has sold me a few excellent lenses sent me this URL. The snowflake photographs are outstanding but just wait until you see the photographers jerry-built macro lens.

It's a great technique, one I'd really like to try. But where I live we're remarkably snow free. Unlike my brother who lives in Nova Scotia,

And I love the guys approach to photography, bits of wood and tape. That whole set up is worth no more than a few beers. Cool
