I saw that, it looks interesting. But most of the negative comments on Amazon Reviews were about the loss of infinity when using manual lenses. The AF lenses seem to be OK.

I don't have an accurate infinity on the original mount with all the adapters except the MD, all of them go past infinity

Most adapter made with past infinity, people return adapter if no infinity with their lenses, so majority of adapter makers rather choice past infinity on their product than accurate one.
