Managed to buy a bunch of lenses. Some Leica stuff, many large format lenses, rings&things. So much, I could nearly not carry everything.

No, no, at 2, the diaphragm is closed, at 192 it is opened. Laughing
It is an Anastigmat 1:7,2 F~315mm from 1892 or 1893

Thanks for the explanation. I know nothing about these old brass lenses... In this case, it is a Series III Anastigmat Protar. Smile

I know nothing at all about these rare lenses except that the aesthetics are exquisite. Stunning.
