Yes available for Canon as well I think.
This lens is ETR/ETRs and has a different mount from Bronica SQ lenses AFAIK.
Aperture is via DOF lever on the side - so a little bit fiddly.
Bronicas can still be found cheaply as they are not yet widely adapted
