It's a good lens, but you need to play to its strengths. It's super soft wide open, almost ethereal, which can put people off. Personally I love the magical glow it can produce. Smile

Stopped down it becomes a nice sharp lens with good overall characteristics.
It renders colours well, if a bit on the cold side...
