Now I don't have to pay the high shipping prices to Hungary from the US. Any ideas for a good Nikon, Pentax or
other lens that I could add to my collection. I am not the richest guy in the world.
Thanks!

Forgot to mention they should adapt to a Canon eos camera. Embarassed

But there are so many other options, it's endless.

You can also try to look for some Canon rangefinder lenses, I think they are pretty cheap for what they are and should be easy to re-sell if needed.

Thank you for this link. I would have replied sooner, but I was waiting for more replies. Now I will read the article more closely.

Nikkors
M42 Asahi Takumars

All those prime lenses are good.

Wide angle, Telephoto, Normal -- what do you want to photograph?

I have bought several items from KEH. They are a well known reputable dealer.

Ditto, Keh is very good, you can depend on their ratings and their used lens prices very closely match average sale prices on US eBay.
Keh also is a seller on eBay but usually for stuff that they do not warranty or make claims is working properly. I have bought some lots this way for repair and parts.

Thank you for the replies, everyone. Just what I needed to know.
I am looking for normals or wide angles. Telephotos would be too much to carry
and I am hesitant to buy another 135mm, because then I would have more than I could use.

Any Japanese 50-55mm from the 1960s to 1980s will give excellent results for any practical purpose.
There are differences between them and some are better than others, but these are all really minor.
The biggest differences are maybe in quality of bokeh but that's both subjective and situational.
Wide angles are another matter entirely.
Quality can be very variable especially in corner performance and distortion. Old wide angles are rarely as good as modern lenses too. That's one place where new technology has made significant improvements.
You are normally better off using modern lenses, even, usually, the kit zoom lens of modern cameras.

Thank you, that opens up more possibilities.
