Can't wait to get an adapter of some sort so I can use it as more than a macro lens. Razz

I'm using the ultron with A7ii, and this is the adapter I'm using.

http://www.ebay.com.sg/itm/Prominent-Nokton-Ultron-50mm-to-sony-nex-E-mount-Helicoid-Adapter-macro-/252436176430?hash=item3ac65e5e2e:g:018AAOSwKtlWptpF

It does extend all the way over the utlron's MFD, so it works kinda like a close-up helicoid.

Are you using Fuji? If you do, you may stack Prominint-M39 + M39-LM + LM-FX Close-up Helicoid to get beyond the ultron's MFD.

Looks like Yeenon (the company that made yours) also has their own solution: http://www.studiolighting.net/items/Yeenon-Voigtlander-Prominent-To-To-Fujifilm-Xf-Flexible-Combination-Of-Match_262457607786.html

Some very artistic implementations here!

I'll add some with my Canon FD 55mm 1:1.2 SSC Aspherical, all at f/1.2:

Only the first two are really on topic, but most have showed pictures with a litte bit of in-focus subject, third one is the same view as the second one but focussed this time, but still mostly bokeh.. Smile
First one I would have liked to be sharper, I think it's motion blur, I didn't notice the A7 was able to choose his beloved 1/60s here Sad

Not bokeh ONLY, but one of my bokeh shots became useful for this image. Most time this doesn't work well, but I think I may have gotten away with it this time. The original image had a bad background. I replaced the background with one of my bokeh images.

@woodrim

Looks like you left a small chunk of the old background, otherwise it looks nice. Smile

Yup, you can stack that with LTM-LM and LM-FX Helicoid to get closer than 1m.

I was using this with my M lens back when I was still using X-T1.
