I don't know how many lenses do that shape, but both my 55mm Super Taks and my 50mm SMC Pentax M do that when stopped down one f-stop.

The Fujinon 55mm f1.6 is kinda known as "effect" lens, not too sharp and glowy wide open. The bokeh is largely due to the weird protruding front element haha... Here's another one
