Klaus. I think this is the chrome C mount version, right? You may consider add the two photos with lamps here. The lamps can show how well this lens handles the low light scene.

Mine is all black, and yes, it is a c-mount version. This one?

Yes. I know there are three different C mount version(chrome, zebra and Kinematograph) but never see a all black copy. Do you have a photo of your copy?
