Lens attached to EOS 5DMkII by hand Smile

Aperture - varies but f/8 max.

PP - LightRoom - a little Photoshop.

The lens has approx 12 blades -- I can't really remember how many exactly - I am going to count them and edit this post later.

WOW WOW WOW! These are amazingly wicked. Awesome colours and sharpness. Are you saying you held the lense in front of the camera body?

yes!

The initial idea was to convert that beauty but the serial number is really low - probably one of the first samples - moreover, it has 'old' FD mount even more difficult to find one with this - I halted the conversion at very early stage... Smile

Wow, lens is really stunning Shocked Maybe best 300mm I've ever seen.
Fluorite lenses rock!
Only problem is that they are much mechanically weaker/softer than normal glas or "normal" ED glas.

PS: Once I had a sodium chloride lens in my hand Smile Came from an very old IR spectrometer. That was so sensitive that you only had to look at it to break or haze it. Unfortunately a stupid fellow employee tried to clean it with destilled water a little later Sad

Conversion FD to EOS? No way. End of story. Since I have got Sony A7II - no reason conversion to EOS.
