I'm a fan of triplet lenses so I was happy to get the opportunity to buy this lens.

It can make lovely bubble bokeh but is not as sharp as a Diaplan.

A quick and dirty test.

Artistic effect, very nice. What is the cylindrical thing? How did you connect it to the lens? Thanks.

The grey part? It was included with my Diaplan 100mm. Probably a part of its projector. As you can see I used masking tape on the lens to friction fit it to the adapter. A pretty solid fit.
