A test roll to try out a new Minolta body. I rated the Polypan at 200 by mistake so compensated by developing in Fomadon LQN diluted 1:30 for 60mins at 20C. Results had nice tonality for Polypan, but still the usual issues of graininess, lack of sharpness and narrow tonal range, in short, Polypan sucks, but these results are not too bad. Last one is with Sigma UC 24-50.

These shots show, even if the film is not up to the job, you can make it shine. Well done set. |

Cheers. If you'd seen what the other 20-odd frames were like it would give a much fairer impression of how this film is, these 7 were just the ones that came out nice. _________________ I don't care who designed it, who made it or what country it comes from - I just enjoy using it! |

Cheers. It's a very hard film to get consistent results from, on the same roll, using the same lens in the same light conditions the results can vary from very nice to downright disgustingly bad. _________________ I don't care who designed it, who made it or what country it comes from - I just enjoy using it! |

Anyway you have succeeded admirably. Bravo! _________________ “The hardest thing of all is to find a black cat in a dark room, especially if there is no cat.”
