As the title suggests, I'm trying o figure out whether the Jupiter-12 can be used on a CL/CLE.

The problem is the protruding rear element and the small lever inside the shutter chamber. (The M5 also has this lever, reason for mentioning that camera too)

Reason for asking is that I currently have a J12 for sale, and a CL-owner is interested. However, I have no interest in selling a lens that will not properly fit.

Anyone here has any experience with this combination?

Obviously the metering lever will hit the lens: https://pnasium.wordpress.com/tag/leica-cl-jupiter-12/

Thanks so much Thomas! All I found were references to the digital CL.
I have a Jupiter-12 for sale, and a potential buyer with a CL was interested. Obviously Idon't want to sell a lens that will not fit or worse cause damage to the camera.
